Ashley Ingle is an educator, freelance writer, and humor enthusiast. During the professional part of her day, she is a writing instructor.

She is an avid reader and writer who spends her non-professional time watching and rewatching comedy sitcoms as well as seeking out novels, articles, and essays to enjoy. She once heard the bon mot “those who can’t do, teach,” so she decided she had better start “doing” some writing. Since this epiphany, she has been published in a variety of outlets, including McSweeneys, Edutopia, The Belladona, Chegg, and Sierra Nevada Ally.

She wrote this bio herself but in the third person. This is just one of her many writing-related skills.
